Paper That Grows

A whimsical kind of magic

Some paper is meant to be kept.
Some paper is meant to be planted.

Our Paper That Grows is handmade with care and embedded with wildflower seeds. After the message has been read and the moment has passed, the paper can be planted in soil where it slowly transforms into something living.

A note that becomes a garden.
A memory that blooms again.

How it's made...

Each sheet begins as recycled paper pulp, mixed by hand and gently pressed into new pages. Wildflower seeds are folded into the fibers before the paper dries, becoming part of the page itself.

No two pieces are identical.

Soft textures, natural edges, and tiny flecks of seed make every sheet feel a little like something gathered from the forest floor.

Ways It Can Be Used

Gift Tags

When the ribbon is untied and the gift is opened, the tag can be planted to grow wildflowers.

Memorial Planting Cards

Some memories deserve a quiet place to grow.

Our Memorial Planting Cards are handmade from Paper That Grows, embedded with wildflower seeds and created to honor the life of someone deeply loved.

Each card can be planted in soil where the paper slowly returns to the earth and flowers begin to bloom in its place.

A gentle way to remember that love continues to grow.

A living tribute that returns beauty to the world.

How to plant your paper...

  1. Fill a pot with soil.
  2. Place the paper on top and lightly cover it with a thin layer of soil.
  3. Water gently and keep the soil moist.
  4. Place in sunlight and wait.

In time, the paper will break down and the seeds will begin to grow.

With a little patience, your paper becomes a small patch of wildflowers.
